First Deal Accelerator is a coaching and advisory program that provides education, guidance, and one-on-one advisory support to individuals seeking to complete a multifamily real estate acquisition. All services are advisory and educational in nature. We are not a licensed real estate broker, investment advisor, attorney, or accountant, and nothing provided through the program should be construed as legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share program materials without written permission
  • Consult qualified professionals (legal, tax, financial) before making any transaction
